Take the challenge on this forest adventure located below the town Caguas at the foothills of the Carite State Forest, whose geology is of volcanic origin and reaches 2,500 ft. above sea level. The climate is a constant 72 degrees Fahrenheit and it is home to 15 types of amphibians, 12 types of reptiles, 9 types of mammals and more than 200 different trees.

Prepare yourself for an adrenaline rush! Our guides are recognized for their enthusiasm, knowledge on safety and professionalism. Only 45 minutes away from San Juan. You will do an up river hike with non-technical rock climbing, while you enjoy a refreshing bottle of water and fruit snacks. You can also enjoy a dip in the many natural pools and smaller falls along the Turabo River. When we reach the base of an 80 ft. waterfall will do a technical 25 ft. waterfall climb and enjoy the splendor of the natural beauty of your surroundings. Then zip line over 2500 ft. over 5 traverse cables with a view over Puerto Rico’s largest alluvial plain.

At the end of the adventure you will be rewarded with a great gastronomic treat at the Figueroa’s family house. They cook a complete typical meal with local, seasonal and fresh ingredients so you have an opportunity to taste the true Puerto Rican flavors. We also have vegetarian options.
